Retail Analyst, Sales & Member Experience
Reporting to the Manager, Retail Financial Planning & Analysis, the Retail Analyst, Sales & Member Experience is responsible for the preparation and delivery of performance reporting and analysis to support the Retail Banking channels’ member experience and sales strategy. The primary mandate of this role is the production of Retail Sales reports and dashboards, highlighting business performance results. The Retail Analyst will track business performance in relation to annual sales, efficiency and operating Plans, reporting individual, team, and channel results, forecasting volumes and providing key insights from analysis on a consistent basis.
