Human Resources Business Partner
DUCA is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team!
Job Purpose & Summary
The HR Business Partner provides tactical business partner support on a full range of complex HR matters to people and business leaders across the organization. Through the development of strong partnerships, the HR Business Partner will leverage deep insight of their assigned client group’s operations, strategy, talent levels, opportunities, and challenges and will apply this operational knowledge and their own business acumen in providing HR best practice solutions.
Staying abreast of social, economic, and legal trends that may impact their client group and the business overall, the HR Business Partner will advise people leaders on the interpretation and administration of corporate HR policies and programs.
The HR Business Partner also supports the implementation of strategic human resources related programs and initiatives as required.

Salary: The annual salary range for this position starts at $69,956. Actual annual base salaries will vary depending on relevant job-related factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and education/training. Depending on the position, DUCA’s total compensation package may include incentive compensation tied to company and individual performance or other benefits.
