Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
DUCA is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team! This is a great opportunity to own a diverse recruitment portfolio and work with a collaborative and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate for this role is a senior and experienced Talent Acquisition professional, comfortable managing a high volume of open requisitions with a focus on hiring manager and candidate experience.
Job Purpose & Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner establishes partnerships with hiring leaders to attract, identify, and hire top talent that will enable DUCA’s growth and the achievement of strategic objectives. This role will consult with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their business and talent needs and develops tailored recruitment strategies. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner advises hiring leaders on recruitment procedures and best practices and provides feedback and coaching to develop managers’ interviewing and hiring skills and ensures compliance with employment and human rights legislation. Further, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner identifies where there is room for process efficiencies and works with the Sr TA Manager to create and implement solutions.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner manages DUCA’s end-to-end talent acquisition process for a variety of intermediate to senior level and/or complex positions across DUCA’s corporate office departments and branch locations, including candidate sourcing, pre-screens, assessments, interviewing, facilitating debrief and selection discussions, and also managing the employment offer process and pre-employment checks for selected candidates. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, this role will manage a portfolio that is diverse and high volume, with volume fluctuations which can be anywhere from 33-66% more than DUCA’s average target benchmark of open roles, depending on attrition, time of year, etc.
