Business Development Account Manager, Dealer Finance
DUCA is looking for a Business Development Account Manager, Dealer Finance to join our growing team!
Job Purpose & Summary
The Business Development Account Manager, Dealer Finance helps grow and expand DUCA’s auto-finance channel (DUCA Dealer Finance) presence across Ontario.
This position blends field work and relationship management. The Business Development Account Manager focuses on establishing new and maintaining existing dealership relationships, meeting with finance managers, and positioning DUCA as the preferred lender for new and used-car deals. This position works closely with DUCA’s leadership team to shape dealer onboarding, support processes, and territory growth.
The Business Development Account Manager contributes positively to DUCA by demonstrating expertise in relationship building, strategic sales, and risk management in the automotive finance industry.

Salary: This role offers a competitive compensation package under the Business Development Account Manager, Dealer Finance compensation plan, designed to reward employees for driving business growth and expanding their client portfolio. The annual salary for this position is $70,000. The potential range for annual commission earnings is up to $30,000.
