HR Operations Specialist (14 Month Contract)
DUCA is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team!
Job Purpose & Summary
The HR Operations Specialist contributes to an outstanding employee experience by supporting employees, People Leaders, and People & Culture (P&C) through the full lifecycle of the employment relationship.
The HR Operations Specialist provides client-centric support with a focus on pro-active legislation scanning and compliance, policy and program reviews, health and safety activities, complex or escalated medical and non-medical leaves and accommodation requests, and participating in the non-executive job evaluation process. The HR Operations Specialist leads a variety of key activities, including the development and documentation of scalable procedures and workflows, the review and tracking of work and study permits, responding to health and safety related emergencies, and is the lead for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) technical activities, including enhancements and/or customizations

Working Conditions
This position works in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to travel to branch locations on an infrequent basis. Standard work week of 38 hours with additional time required to meet deadlines and project deliverables.

Salary: The annual salary range for this position starts at $69,956. Actual annual base salaries will vary depending on relevant job-related factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and education/training. Depending on the position, DUCA’s total compensation package may include incentive compensation tied to company and individual performance or other benefits.
