Talent Acquisition Coordinator
DUCA is looking for a Talent Acquistition Coordinator to join our growing team!
Job Purpose & Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides client-centric administrative support for talent acquisition initiatives with a focus on interview coordination, background check management, phone interviewing and sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition Partners.
Reporting to VP, Talent Talent, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support on DUCA’s end-to-end talent acquisition process for a variety of positions across all levels, functional areas, and branch locations.

Salary: The annual salary range for this position starts at $50,392. Actual annual base salaries will vary depending on relevant job-related factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and education/training. Depending on the position, DUCA’s total compensation package may include incentive compensation tied to company and individual performance or other benefits.
